After the check, the applicant can create a free Nineflat account to keep access to their own result. Cross-landlord portability is not currently offered.

Yes. The free plan supports 1 active property with no credit card required. You get core property management, tenant tracking, online rent collection with recurring charges, and payment visibility. Upgrade only when you need more units or a lower transaction fee.

You define ownership percentages once per property (e.g., Owner A: 60%, Owner B: 40%). When a tenant pays rent, Nineflat automatically calculates and records each owner's share. On Landlord plans and above, this triggers automatic payouts to each co-owner's connected bank account.

Nineflat supports Stripe online payments (card and bank), SEPA/IBAN direct debit, and IRIS instant bank transfer (Greece). You can configure which methods are active, so tenants see the options that work for your market.

Yes. Landlord plans and above let you invite staff members with role-based access. You can give a property manager access to specific properties without exposing billing or sensitive account settings.

Nineflat sends automated email reminders to tenants before their due date, and notifies landlords when payments are overdue. You can also set up recurring reminders for expense settlements and maintenance obligations — for both you and your tenants.
