How it works

Send a secure magic link. The applicant does not need an account.
2. Verify
They upload identity, income and bank evidence through their private link. Nineflat checks consistency across the sources.
3. Decide
You get a result band, verified ranges and follow-up questions — then make the call.
The tenant can save their result
After the check, the applicant can create a free Nineflat account to keep access to their own result. Cross-landlord portability is not currently offered.
Private by design · GDPR-first
The applicant's documents are not shown to the landlord or Nineflat staff.
Landlords receive only a result band, confidence, evidence coverage and Decision Brief. Never raw files, exact income, account numbers or document identifiers.
All uploaded evidence is automatically deleted on a schedule, keeping every screening GDPR-compliant.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest on EU infrastructure. Card details are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems, not stored by Nineflat.
